1. Purpose and Scope

This Code of Conduct sets forth the behavioral standards expected of all users, traders, partners, employees, and affiliates ("Participants") who interact with VEXPRO Ltd. ("the Company"). It applies to the use of our services, trading platforms, communication channels, and participation in any of our programs or events.

2. Professionalism and Integrity

Participants must:

  • Act with honesty, transparency, and integrity at all times.
  • Respect the confidentiality of information and keep client and company data secure.
  • Avoid any conduct that could damage the reputation or operations of VEXPRO Ltd.
  • Refrain from any form of manipulation, fraud, or deceptive behavior.

3. Trading Conduct and Ethics

All Participants must:

  • Comply with the trading rules established in our Terms and Conditions.
  • Avoid the use of prohibited strategies, including but not limited to:
    • High-Frequency Trading (HFT)
    • Grid Trading
    • Martingale
    • Hedging across accounts
    • Trading during restricted news events
  • Adhere to platform limits, risk parameters, and drawdown rules.
  • Avoid trades where a single position exceeds 30% of total profits.
  • Ensure that each trade has a minimum duration of 5 minutes.
  • Understand that both Challenge and Funded accounts may operate in simulated environments.

4. Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination

VEXPRO maintains a zero-tolerance policy against:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Offensive, abusive, or threatening language or behavior in communication channels.
  • Disrespect toward team members, partners, or clients based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other personal attributes.

5. Use of Communication Channels

Participants must:

  • Use all communication tools (chat, email, social media, support systems) respectfully and constructively.
  • Avoid spam, false or misleading information, or promotion of competing services.
  • Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior to the compliance team.

6. Conflicts of Interest

Participants must:

  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest, such as dual representations or referrals.
  • Avoid situations where personal benefit could compromise professional responsibility or company interests.

7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

  • All proprietary information, trading tools, marketing assets, and client data must be treated as confidential.
  • It is strictly prohibited to share, copy, or redistribute such materials without authorization.

8. Disciplinary Measures

VEXPRO Ltd. reserves the right to:

  • Warn, suspend, or permanently ban any Participant who violates this Code of Conduct.
  • Withhold funds or cancel accounts involved in fraudulent, unethical, or abusive behavior.
  • Report serious misconduct to legal or regulatory authorities when necessary.

9. Acceptance of the Code

By using our services or engaging with our company in any capacity, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the platform or legal action.
