These terms govern participation in the VEX proprietary trading programs. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions and apply in addition to all AML/KYC and risk provisions.
1. Nature of Funding
All prop accounts are simulated. Traders are rewarded via performance commissions based on data monetization. No real capital is allocated to Client accounts. Profit shares represent performance-based rewards, not the withdrawal of invested capital.
2. VEX Elite Program
- Scaling & Objectives: upon achieving a 10% profit target, the trader receives a profit share and the account balance is doubled, up to USD 4,000,000.
- Risk & Limits: Profit Target 10%; Max Daily Loss 3%; Max Overall Loss 6%. Breaching these limits results in permanent termination.
- Trading Conditions: leverage 1:33; instruments: Forex, commodities, stocks, cryptocurrencies, synthetic indices. Platform: MT5. Weekend and news trading allowed except "bracket" strategies.
- Operational Requirements: no minimum trade count or days. Advancement occurs upon reaching the 10% target.
- Payouts & Cycles: first payout after 14 days from first trade; subsequent every 14 days. To withdraw, a 10% profit within the active cycle is required. Each new scale-up resets the 14-day cycle.
3. VEX Average X12 Program
- Conditions: leverage 1:33; instruments: Forex, commodities, stocks, cryptocurrencies, synthetic indices. Platform: MT5. Weekend and news trading allowed (except "bracket").
- Drawdown: max 10% based on equity peak.
- Withdrawals: weekly if profit > 1%. Limit per withdrawal 10% of assigned balance; total limit 100% of account value (after which the account is disabled). Progressive payout: 1st–2nd 80%, 3rd–4th 85%, 5th 90%, 6th 95%, 7th+ 100%.
4. Prohibited Strategies and Systems
The following are strictly prohibited across all prop programs and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of profits: HFT systems, hedging abuse, Martingale, Grid, Copy Trading, latency arbitrage, volume manipulation, tick systems, and use of delayed data to make risk-free profits. VEX may void profits and retain balances if any such activity is detected.
5. Risk Acknowledgement
Participation in the prop programs involves performance objectives and risk limits whose breach may result in the loss of access to the simulated account. Past performance does not guarantee future results. VEX does not provide investment advice; all trading decisions are the Client's own.
6. Appeals
Appeals relating to programme rules, terminations, or payouts may be submitted to compliance@vexprofx.com and will be reviewed at the discretion of the Risk Manager.
