Rules, drawdown, withdrawals and conditions, clearly summarised. See the full document at the end.
Do I trade with real money?
Funded accounts run in a simulated environment with real market conditions, thanks to direct connectivity with our LP Exura Prime. No real capital is assigned to the account: traders act as trading data analysts and receive performance commissions (between 50% and 100% depending on the value of their data and the frequency of their payouts).
Which programmes does Vex Funded offer?
Instant Funding (no evaluation), Vex2Pro (2-phase evaluation), Accounts X12 (direct purchase, multiply your account up to x12) and Elite Program (scaling up to $4,000,000).
What are the drawdown limits?
Vex Instant and Elite: 3% daily DD and 6% total DD. Vex2Pro: 5% daily DD and 10% total DD. Accounts X12: 10% max loss (daily or total). In every programme the drawdown is dynamic (trailing) and is measured against the highest equity reached (high-water mark), not the initial balance. Exceeding any of these limits terminates the account.
How is drawdown calculated?
Drawdown is dynamic (trailing): it is calculated on the highest point —the high-water mark— your account has reached, not on the initial balance. The daily limit resets every day at 00:00 on the highest equity of the day, and the total limit trails up as your account grows, recalculating from each new peak. This applies to every programme: Vex Instant, Vex2Pro, Vex Elite and Accounts X12.
Which strategies are prohibited?
Grid, martingale, latency arbitrage, hedging across multiple accounts, news abuse with guaranteed orders, use of delayed data, trade copying between users or accounts, third-party management, tick systems and HFT. Their use may lead to permanent suspension of the account.
Can I use robots (EAs)?
Yes, EAs are allowed, except HFT or latency systems. On Accounts X12 there is even more freedom: hedging, martingale and grid are allowed.
Can I trade during news and on weekends?
On Elite and X12, yes (Elite except "bracket"-type strategies). On Vex2Pro there is no weekend trading and you cannot trade 5 minutes before or after high-impact news.
What is the 5-minute rule?
Each trade must remain open for at least 5 minutes (minimum time between open and close). On Vex2Pro the minimum is 2 minutes.
What is the 30% rule?
If a single trade generates more than 30% of the total profit, the amount exceeding that 30% is deducted from the profit. After the deduction, you may start a new trading period.
What is the lot consistency rule?
Trade sizes must stay within a range calculated on the average lot: lower limit = average ×0.25 and upper = ×2.00. Example: with an average of 20 lots, the valid range is 5 to 40 lots.
When can I request a withdrawal?
Instant and Vex2Pro: first withdrawal 30 days after your first trade (plus the minimum trading days). Elite: first withdrawal after 14 days and then every 14. Accounts X12: weekly withdrawals (with 3 trading days per period).
What are the profit splits?
Vex Instant: from 70% to 95% per period. Vex2Pro: from 80% to 95%. Accounts X12: 80% / 90% / 100% per period. Vex Elite: by level, with scaling.
How does Elite scaling work?
Every time you reach 10% profit you receive your profit and your funded account doubles, up to a maximum of $4,000,000.
What are the Vex2Pro phases?
Phase 1: reach 8% profit; Phase 2: 5%. Minimum 4 trading days per phase, with an indefinite time period to pass the challenge.
What is the maximum funding?
Vex Instant up to $200,000, Vex2Pro up to $200,000 and Vex Elite up to $4,000,000 (sum of all active accounts).
What is the withdrawal process like?
From "My Programs" → "Withdraw" button. The request is processed within 72 hours (business days; approval time) and credited to your internal balance. Current method: USDT, minimum $30, with payments in 1–3 business days. After requesting a withdrawal you cannot open new trades.
Is the challenge fee refunded?
Yes, it is refunded with your first withdrawal (does not apply to Vex Instant or Accounts X12). If you do not make that first withdrawal, the refund does not apply.
What happens if I break a rule?
With 3 violations the withdrawal is denied, but you can start a new period with the initial balance. With 4 or more violations, it is denied and you may not start a new period.
What makes Accounts X12 different?
It removes almost all restrictions: a single 10% max loss (whether daily or total), no consistency rule, no 5/2-minute rules, 1:33 leverage and only 3 grounds for disqualification. Profit cap per withdrawal 10% and programme total 100%.

- Every programme uses dynamic (trailing) drawdown: the loss limit is measured against the highest equity (high-water mark) the account has reached, not the initial balance. The daily DD resets every day at 00:00 on the highest equity of the day.
- E.g. a $100,000 account that rises to $110,000 recalculates the total DD from $110,000 (not from the initial $100,000); as the account grows, the limit trails up with it.
