VexPro is part of VEX GROUP, an international structure with entities registered and regulated in different jurisdictions, operating under 3 regulatory frameworks. The authorisation of Vex Pro (Dubai Branch) with the UAE Capital Markets Authority (CMA), reference 0012601, is in process: the licence has not yet been issued.

VexPro operates exclusively at vexprofx.com. We have no relationship with vex-group.pro or with any similarly named entity.

Who actually provides the services on vexprofx.com?

Vex Pro Ltd., a company registered with the International Financial Centre (IFC) of Saint Lucia under number 2025-00308, with its address at Ground Floor, Sotheby’s Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia. It is the entity the client contracts with and is named as such in the Terms and Conditions. Residents of the United Arab Emirates are onboarded exclusively through Vex Pro (Dubai Branch), whose CMA authorisation is in process.

Is VexPro regulated?

VexPro does not present itself as a single regulated entity: it operates as an international structure with entities registered and regulated in different jurisdictions, under 3 regulatory frameworks. Vex Pro Ltd. is registered with the IFC of Saint Lucia (No. 2025-00308); Exura Prime Ltd., the group’s liquidity provider, is regulated as an Investment Dealer by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius (Reg. 235905 GBC, Licence GB26206361); and the authorisation of Vex Pro (Dubai Branch) with the UAE CMA is in process, with the licence not yet issued.

How do I verify the registrations myself?

Each registration number can be checked with the official registry of its jurisdiction: the Registry of International Business Companies of the IFC (Saint Lucia), the Licensee Search of the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, the Public Registry of Commerce (Mexico) and the Companies Registry (Hong Kong). Registration certificates are available on request from compliance@vexprofx.com.

Which group entities do NOT provide trading services?

VEX Group Limited (Hong Kong, Reg. 79049433) and VEXPRO S.A.P.I. de C.V. (Commercial Representation — Mexico, Reg. N-2025008508). The former is the group holding company and the latter is the group’s Commercial Representation in Mexico; neither provides trading services nor offers financial products on this site.

Does this section replace the legal documents?

No. The Transparency Centre summarises information that is already published and exists to orient you; the binding documents are the Terms and Conditions and the policies in the Legal Hub, valid in their English version. Should this page and those documents differ in any way, the legal documents prevail.

Is vex-group.pro related to VexPro?

No. VexPro operates exclusively at vexprofx.com and has no relationship with vex-group.pro or with any other similarly named entity. The entity the client contracts with is Vex Pro Ltd. (IFC Saint Lucia, No. 2025-00308) and the group's parent company is VEX Group Limited (Hong Kong Companies Registry, 79049433): both numbers can be verified in their official registries.
