How deposits and withdrawals work.

The timeframes we publish are approval times, not arrival times. Here is that difference explained, with the real limits per level and the reasons a withdrawal can take longer.

The short answer

What the published timeframes actually mean.

Withdrawals are requested from the client area and are made primarily in USDT. The published timeframes — immediate, up to 48 business hours and up to 72 business hours — are VexPro’s withdrawal approval times, not the time it takes for the money to reach your wallet, bank or card: that last leg depends on the blockchain network or the payment provider and is outside VexPro’s control. Available limits and methods depend on your verification level and your jurisdiction.

The four withdrawal types and their approval time.

Figures as published on the deposits and withdrawals page. The time column is always VexPro’s approval time.

Bank transfer is available only in certain jurisdictions and requires Level 2 verification. Once a withdrawal is approved, arrival time depends on the blockchain network or the correspondent bank.

Deposits

How money comes in.

Four funding routes. All of them are processed through external payment service providers.

  • Cryptocurrencies

USDT, USDC and the main coins, across multiple blockchain networks. Always send via the correct network: sending on the wrong network can mean losing the funds.

  • Debit or credit card

Card deposits processed through our payment service provider.

  • Local payments

Local payment methods available in more than 30 countries across LATAM, Africa and Asia. Exact availability varies by country.

  • International bank transfer

Available depending on your verification level and your jurisdiction.

All deposits are processed through external payment service providers (PSPs). Charges or fees from the PSP itself, unrelated to VexPro, may apply: VexPro does not control and is not responsible for those charges, nor for the payment provider’s policies, timeframes or incidents.

When it takes longer

Why a withdrawal can take longer than published.

These are the actual reasons, published in the site’s policies. We would rather state them before they happen.

  1. 1

Your verification level does not cover the requested amount: each level has a different monthly limit and a withdrawal above it is not approved.

  2. 2

Compliance requests Level 3 — Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and source of funds before processing the withdrawal.

  3. 3

Withdrawals may be held or frozen if the verification policies, AML/KYC or the terms of service are not met.

  4. 4

Timeframes are counted in business days: a request submitted at the weekend or on a public holiday starts counting on the next business day.

  5. 5

After approval, arrival depends on the blockchain network, the PSP or the correspondent bank, whose timeframes and incidents VexPro does not control.

FAQ

Withdrawals: the most frequent questions.

Answers in the first sentence, detail afterwards.

How long does a VexPro withdrawal take?

Instant withdrawals (up to $200 USDT/day, Level 1) are approved immediately; standard withdrawals (up to $10,000 USDT, Level 1) within up to 48 business hours; and high-volume withdrawals (from $10,000 USDT, Level 2) within up to 72 business hours. All of those are approval times: actual arrival of the money then depends on the blockchain network or the payment provider.

What can I withdraw in?

Withdrawals are made primarily in USDT; bank transfer is available from $250 USD, only in certain jurisdictions and with Level 2 verification. The specific methods available to your account are shown in the client area.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount?

Yes: instant withdrawals go up to $200 USDT per day, standard withdrawals up to $10,000 USDT per transaction, and anything above $10,000 USDT is handled as a high-volume withdrawal at Level 2. Each verification level also has a monthly cap: $20,000 at Level 1, $400,000 at Level 2 and flexible limits at Level 3 with EDD.

Why have I been asked for source of funds?

Because VexPro may request Level 3 — Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and source of funds if the compliance team deems it necessary, before processing a withdrawal. It is a requirement of the AML/KYC policies and applies on an ongoing basis throughout the client relationship.

Does VexPro charge a withdrawal fee?

The site does not publish a VexPro withdrawal fee; what can apply are charges from the payment service provider or network fees, both unrelated to VexPro. Confirm the exact amount in the client area before confirming the transaction, as it depends on the method and network you choose.

What should I do if my withdrawal is overdue?

Write to compliance@vexprofx.com or use the Complaints and feedback form stating the amount, date and method: the Risk and Compliance Department reviews the case and usually responds within 24–72 business hours. Keep the request confirmation from the client area.
