For Level 1 you need a proof of identity (valid passport, ID card or driver’s licence) and a proof of address (utility bill or bank statement less than 3 months old). Verification is carried out through our provider DIDIT and includes a liveness check.

Once you upload legible, valid documents through DIDIT, the review is usually completed quickly. If any document does not meet the requirements, we will notify you by email so you can correct it and avoid delays in your withdrawals.

The KYC/AML process is a regulatory obligation to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. It guarantees account security, protects your funds and ensures that only you can trade and withdraw. For withdrawals we may request Level 3 (Enhanced Due Diligence) if necessary.

You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to authorise your withdrawals and, from the client area, review the history of devices and locations that have signed in, plus close any active session you don’t recognise. For your protection, if you change your password, withdrawals are suspended for 24 hours.
