Where are client funds held?
Which entity receives the money, where it travels, what verification applies and which document puts it all in writing. No invented bank names and no guarantees that do not exist.
Who holds the money, and under which rules.
Client funds on this site are received and administered by Vex Pro Ltd. (IFC Saint Lucia, No. 2025-00308), which is the entity the client contracts with, and they move through external payment service providers (PSPs) and banking institutions. The document governing how funds are handled, which entity is responsible and what the withdrawal conditions are is the Terms and Conditions: if something is not set out there, it is not part of the service.
Everything verifiable, in four points.
No more and no less than what the site publishes and the legal documents support.
-
Contracting entity
Vex Pro Ltd. (IFC Saint Lucia, No. 2025-00308) provides the services on this site and is the entity named in the contract. UAE residents are onboarded through Vex Pro (Dubai Branch), whose CMA authorisation is in process.
-
Where the money travels
Deposits and withdrawals are processed through external payment service providers and banking institutions: cryptocurrencies on several networks, card, local payment methods and bank transfer depending on jurisdiction.
-
KYC/AML verification
Every client goes through identity verification and AML checks before trading and on an ongoing basis, via the provider DIDIT. Available limits and methods depend on the level reached.
-
Where it is written down
The responsible entity, the handling of funds and the withdrawal conditions are set out in the Terms and Conditions and the AML/KYC policy, valid in their English version.
Your level defines your limits.
Your verification level determines how much you can deposit and withdraw and which methods are available. Identity verification is carried out through the provider DIDIT.

The limits of this protection, stated by us.
What a funds page leaves out matters as much as what it says. Here is what VexPro does not publish and does not promise.
-
We do not publish the names of the banks or payment providers the group works with, nor their balances.
-
We do not claim the existence of any investor compensation scheme, deposit guarantee fund or insurance policy over client funds: if it does not appear in the Terms and Conditions, it is not part of the service.
-
We do not publish external audits of client accounts or independent auditor reports on the custody of funds.
-
Leveraged trading carries a high risk of loss: no custody arrangement protects capital against trading losses.
Client funds: the most frequent questions.
Every answer opens with the fact and points to the document where it can be checked.
Which entity receives my money?
Vex Pro Ltd. (IFC Saint Lucia, No. 2025-00308), the entity clients of this site contract with. Deposits and withdrawals are physically processed through external payment service providers and banking institutions. Residents of the United Arab Emirates are onboarded exclusively through Vex Pro (Dubai Branch), whose CMA authorisation is in process.
Is there insurance or a compensation fund covering my deposit?
VexPro does not publish or claim the existence of an investor compensation scheme, a deposit guarantee fund or an insurance policy over client funds on this site. The applicable protection is the one described in the Terms and Conditions and the policies in the Legal Hub; nothing beyond that should be assumed.
Why am I asked for documents before withdrawing?
Because KYC/AML verification is mandatory and ongoing. VexPro may request Level 3 — Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and source of funds if the compliance team considers it necessary, and withdrawals may be held or frozen if the verification policies, AML/KYC or the terms of service are not met.
Are hedge fund or Vex Funded monies treated the same way?
No. The hedge fund is a private investment fund with a structure independent from the retail trading services on this site, subject to investor qualification and extended KYC/AML; and the Vex Funded programme is governed by its own terms (T&C — Prop Firm). Read the relevant document before committing capital to either.
