Is VexPro regulated? Entities, licences and jurisdictions.
The full answer, with entity names, registration numbers, regulators and the real status of each authorisation — including the one that has not been issued yet.
The answer, without the detour.
VexPro is not a single entity: it is an international structure with entities registered and regulated in different jurisdictions, operating under 3 regulatory frameworks. The services on this site are provided by Vex Pro Ltd., registered with the International Financial Centre (IFC) of Saint Lucia under number 2025-00308. The group’s liquidity provider, Exura Prime Ltd., is regulated as an Investment Dealer by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius (Reg. 235905 GBC, Licence GB26206361). The authorisation of Vex Pro (Dubai Branch) with the UAE Capital Markets Authority (CMA), reference 0012601, is in process: the licence has not yet been issued.
Three frameworks, three different statuses.
Each framework covers one specific entity, with one specific scope. None of them covers the whole group.

-
The Dubai CMA licence has not been issued. While it remains in process, that is stated at every mention across the site.
-
The Mauritius FSC licence belongs to Exura Prime Ltd. as a liquidity provider, not to the entity that clients of this site contract with.

Regulation: the most frequent questions.
Every answer opens with the fact and then gives the detail.
Which regulator supervises the entity I contract with?
Vex Pro Ltd. is registered with the International Financial Centre (IFC) of Saint Lucia under number 2025-00308; it is the entity clients of this site contract with. Registration with the IFC is a corporate registration in that jurisdiction, not an investment-services licence from a European or United States regulator, and it should be understood as such. The details of the contract and of the responsible entity are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Does Vex Pro Ltd. hold the Mauritius FSC licence?
No. The Mauritius FSC licence (Reg. 235905 GBC, Licence GB26206361) belongs to Exura Prime Ltd., which acts as an Investment Dealer and as the group’s liquidity provider. Vex Pro Ltd. and Exura Prime Ltd. are separate entities with distinct roles inside VEX GROUP.
Is VexPro licensed in Dubai?
Not yet. Vex Pro (Dubai Branch) is in the process of authorisation with the UAE Capital Markets Authority (CMA) under reference 0012601 and the licence has not yet been issued. Until it is, residents of the United Arab Emirates are onboarded exclusively through that branch and on that declared basis.
How many jurisdictions does the group cover?
VEX GROUP has entities registered in 7 jurisdictions: Hong Kong, Saint Lucia, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, Mauritius, Seychelles and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, with additional commercial offices in Costa Rica and Colombia: 9 locations in total. Together they make up 8 entities, each with a defined role, and it is worth remembering that corporate registration in a jurisdiction is not in itself an investment-services licence. The entities involved in the service provided on this site, with their role and their registration, are published on the Entities and licences page of the Legal Hub.
Are there countries VexPro does not serve?
Yes. VexPro does not provide services to residents of a list of restricted jurisdictions or to countries on the FATF and EU/UN sanctions lists. The full, current list is published in the Risk Disclosure.
What should I do if a third party claims something different about VexPro?
Compare the claim against the relevant official registry, which is public and free, and write to compliance@vexprofx.com if you find a discrepancy. The Risk and Compliance Department usually responds within 24–72 business hours and can provide the registration certificates.
