Exura Prime obtains FSC regulation in Mauritius

On June 18, 2026, Exura Prime Ltd (Reg. 235905 GBC) obtained regulation from the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, headquartered in Port Louis. This is a strategic milestone for VEX GROUP: it consolidates the group’s liquidity arm under an internationally recognised regulatory framework and expands our presence on the African continent.

Exura Prime is the ecosystem’s liquidity provider (LP). Its role is to supply market depth, execution and pricing to the group’s entities and to institutional clients, as well as to enable white-label solutions for asset managers and prop firms. FSC oversight adds an additional layer of transparency and control to that infrastructure.

With this addition, VEX GROUP now brings together three regulatory frameworks: the FSC of Mauritius, its registration with the International Financial Centre (IFC) of Saint Lucia and the CMA of the United Arab Emirates (authorisation in progress). Together, they support a structure present in 7 jurisdictions, on which VexPro operates in more than 160 countries.

For our traders and investors, a regulated liquidity arm means more solid execution conditions and a clearer chain of custody between the order and the market. It is the kind of structure that makes it possible to scale capital with confidence.

Regulation is not a formality: it is a signal of commitment. Submitting to the oversight of a body such as the FSC means meeting standards of capital, reporting and conduct that protect the end client and raise the bar for the group’s entire operation.

Mauritius has established itself as one of the reference financial centres between Africa and Asia, with a solid legal framework geared towards international financial services. Anchoring the group’s liquidity arm there adds credibility and makes it easier to work with counterparties and institutions around the world.

For asset managers, prop firms and institutional partners, having a regulated liquidity provider opens the door to more robust white-label solutions: quality execution, competitive pricing and an infrastructure on which to build their own products with peace of mind.

We will continue to expand the group’s regulatory framework as we open new jurisdictions, with the British Virgin Islands (BVI) already underway.
