What is an Introducing Broker (IB)?
An Introducing Broker is a partner who refers clients to a broker in exchange for a commission on those clients’ activity. You don’t manage funds or execute trades: your role is to introduce clients to the broker, which handles the rest. In return, you receive a share of the commissions they generate.
How are commissions calculated and paid?
You earn up to 80% revenue share on the commissions generated by the clients you refer, depending on your tier. They are credited transparently to your partner dashboard and settled according to the programme schedule.
How often are payouts made?
Payouts are made periodically and on time according to the terms of your tier. You can check your accumulated commissions and payout details in your dashboard at any time.
Are there minimums or fees to participate?
Joining the IB program is free of charge. Some higher tiers and their benefits may be subject to performance thresholds for your network; the details are provided when you activate your account and in your dashboard.
Can I combine it with the BD Manager role?
Yes. The IB program is compatible with VexPro’s commercial structure. If you also manage a sales team, discuss it with your partner manager to set up the combination that best fits your network.
What tools do I get as a partner?
You receive a unique referral link, a dashboard with real-time metrics (clicks, sign-ups, deposits, volume and commissions), marketing and co-branding materials, reports and dedicated support.
Do I need to be a trader to be an IB?
No. The programme is designed for influencers, communities, educators, managers and anyone with a network or audience interested in the markets. You don’t need to trade yourself to earn commissions.
How long until I start earning commissions?
As soon as your partner account is active you receive your link and can start sharing it right away. Commissions are generated from the moment referred clients register, deposit and trade.
When does a trade generate per-lot commission?
A position generates per-lot commission only if it stays open for at least one (1) minute. Anything opened and closed in less than a minute earns no commission, whatever its volume. The rule works in your favour: it keeps the programme funded by genuine market activity rather than by artificial trading. The binding wording is in Section 9 of the broker Terms and Conditions.
Does hedged volume generate commission?
No. Volume arising from hedging between positions or accounts held by the same client does not generate per-lot commission. On top of that, hedging orders across multiple accounts is a prohibited practice under Section 8 of the Terms and Conditions and can lead to the client’s account being closed. See Section 9 of the broker Terms and Conditions for the binding wording.
What happens if a client generates volume without really trading?
If a client’s activity shows a pattern whose purpose is to generate volume rather than to take genuine market exposure — repetitive opening and closing regardless of market conditions, offsetting positions of equivalent size, or volume inconsistent with the stated profile and deposit history — VexPro may place that commission under review and, after the review, withhold, adjust or cancel the commission attributable to that volume. You are always notified and can submit your explanation to compliance@vexprofx.com before a final decision is made. The binding wording is in Section 9 of the broker Terms and Conditions.
